Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Customer Engagement

Represent and promote our staffing services with confidence and integrity to current and potential clients.

Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit and needs analysis to understand client requirements and deliver effective staffing solutions.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to reach and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

Cultivate, establish, and maintain strong relationships with clients & branch operations, ensuring long-term business engagement and repeat sales.

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve challenges and maximize satisfaction.

Build trust through regular client & branch operations team check-ins and proactive communication to ensure ongoing satisfaction and opportunity identification.

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events to expand the client base and drive market share.

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies and track the effectiveness of outreach efforts.

Research and stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of business expansion.

Territory & Market Analysis

Analyze assigned territory’s potential, tracking key performance indicators, and providing regular sales and market reports to management.

Identify and pursue new market opportunities, adapting strategies as necessary to capture client interest and drive business results.

Provide ongoing feedback and insight to management regarding client needs, potential service enhancements, and emerging industry trends.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Partner with internal teams (Recruitment, Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR) to ensure seamless delivery of services that meet or exceed client expectations.

Act as a role model within the division, contributing to a positive team culture and offering support and mentorship to junior team members.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Experience: Proven work experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Account Management role within the staffing or recruitment industry.

Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Office, CRM systems like Salesforce, and other sales management tools. Ability to leverage technology to optimize productivity and client interaction.

Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability in prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing deals. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for identifying and articulating client needs. Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations tailored to diverse audiences and client needs.

Feedback & Adaptability: Open to receiving feedback with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Office Environment: Primarily based in a traditional office setting with frequent use of phone and email. Regular, extended periods of sitting at a computer.

Physical Requirements: Light physical activity, with occasional exertion of up to 20 lbs. for supplies and equipment handling.

Travel Requirements: Regular travel within assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events. Occasional travel outside the designated area may be required based on business needs.
