Procedure Steps
Accommodations for Fresenius

If an employee is on-boarding for Fresenius and they need an accommodation, on-board the employee as normal to make sure they qualify for the job.

Once they have completed that, send an email to Alison and Anna, and CC Mari, Penny and Miranda to start the accommodation process.

Make sure that they have a good email on file, send that email, talent ID and name in the email to HR.

Medical Marijuana Accommodations

If an applicant is on-boarding for Fresenius and they say they have a medical marijuana card we will start an accommodation process with them. We do not test for THC for pre-employment, but it IS tested for post-accident and reasonable suspicion drug tests. (Will still result in termination if THC comes up)

Take a copy of the card if they have it.

Email Alison and Anna and CC Mari, Penny and Miranda.
Religious Accommodations

If an applicant is on-boarding for Fresenius and is requesting a religious accommodation, get what information you can on what they are requesting, then send an email to Alison and Anna and CC Mari, Penny and Miranda..
If they are a current YES employee already working at Fresenius, transfer the call to Mari and she will handle the accommodation from there.
Friendly reminders for Fresenius:

Rehires – please include who they previously worked for, whether YES, Elwood or Hired on

Backgrounds – Make sure you are sending those directly to Penny and Miranda via email/teams or handing them to them in person if they come back after Orientation.

Daily tracker – add your people so that we can update that accordingly on Orientation days.
