Procedure Steps
Fresenius Rehire Training
Purpose/Scope: To ensure that the office understands what information is required for rehires at Fresenius. Having all the required information will allow rehires to be checked efficiently.
When interviewing a potential candidate for Fresenius, please ask if they have worked out there before. If yes, please ask if they were direct hires or conversions (hired on). Please post all rehires in the rehire chat under the Fresenius Updates Team on Teams so they do not get missed or lost in the other chats.

Direct Hires/Conversions Rehires:

We need to reach out to Fresenius HR. In the rehire chat in Teams, please send over their name, last 4 of social and that they were a direct hire/conversion.
Elwood Rehires:

We need to reach out to Elwood for that. This includes those who say they worked through SOS. In the rehire chat in Teams, please send over their name, last 4 of social and that they were working through Elwood.
YES Rehires:
