Other helpful information.
Dress code- Clean room environment. No Hats, hoodies, Makeup, Jewelry, open toed shoes of any kind.
Compliance Wire- There will be LOTS of computer testing and employees MUST be comfortable working on computers to complete the testing as failure to complete quizzes by the deadlines will result in termination.
Rehires- A second chance is a final chance. Be sure they actually want to return (don’t just want whatever) If they were let go for a policy violation (Safety, harassment, Drug an alcohol, etc.) they are NEVER eligible to return.
Rework and EBeam are the most physical positions and require that the employee be comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting and overhead lifting.
Warrants- Traffic ticket warrants must have a recall form or court date before an employee attends orientation. (NO PENDING CHARGES ALLOWED)
Transfers- Employees CANNOT transfer to another department at Fresenius for at least 6months unless there is a safety/health concern, or the department has cutbacks in staffing.
Long term- ALL Fresenius jobs are long term. Even if an area cuts back, we will transfer the employees. Training and compliance wire take a LONG time and the jobs are not for any short term workers. Make sure the candidate is set on working here and not still actively looking for other work or taking this because it’s the only option.
Attendance- Due to departments being restricted to the amount of employees allowed per line, all supervisors are being VERY strict on attendance. Any tardiness or absences are counted against them and will result in termination if frequent or within the first two weeks.
Sign on Bonus - D shift sign on Bonus is $2500. This is before taxes and must be earned. It is paid out after 60 days (Regular days not work days) if the supervisor says they qualify. It is based on their attendance and performance.
Other- Custodians and process prep schedules and wages are different depending on the position and will be posted with the opening in the chat.
