Procedure Steps
Open the “Log-Ins” Spreadsheet attached to this e-mail and save it to your OneDrive (File -> Save a Copy –> OneDrive -> update the spreadsheet name), this way if you move locations or computers, you will have access to this spreadsheet through the cloud. I’d recommend saving the spreadsheet as something NOT named “Log-ins”.
After saving it to your OneDrive we will want to add a password to protect it.
-
Click File -> Info
-
Protect Workbook -> Encrypt with Password

-
Enter and confirm a password for this spreadsheet.
-
Since this is ideally a running list of all your passwords, you’ll want to choose a password that is unique from all your other passwords but easy to remember if possible.
-
You’ll know you protected it correctly when that “Protect Workbook” looks like this.

-
You’ll now be able to track and update your passwords securely.
