After Orientation Checklist

Procedure Steps 

  

After Orientation Checklist: 

  1. Complete packets 

  1. Sign all papers that require signature 

  1. Grade all quizzes 

  1. Audit to make sure everything is there and filled out correctly.  

  1. Update Orientation order in Avionte 

  1. Assig all on the order 

  1. End the assignment for the ones who didn’t show with their specific reasons 

  1. End the assignment for all who completed Orientation with “Completed” on order. 

  1. Close the job order 

  1. Updating the Ogden/Clearfield daily trackers 

  1. Go to Orientation day and make sure everyone is on there for the daily starts, including the ones who did not show. Mark yes or no if they did or did not show. 

  1. Updated each specific person on the day they on-boarded with yes or no on if they did or did not show.  

There are master answer keys/papers in the Fresenius Orientation binder for each part of the Orientation packet.
