Procedure Steps 

First day Paperwork 

  1. All the first day paperwork for all shifts and department can be found in YES Shared > Documents > Operations > Fresenius Team > New Hire Information-Forms 

  1. Every department will receive a sign-on bonus EXCEPT for the temporary, few week assignment positions.  

  1. The sign-on bonus paperwork has the sign on bonus for EVERY shift. Find the page of the shift you need and print that specific page. 

  1. Next, we will create the first day paperwork. Find the department and specific supervisor and create the paperwork from there. ** I recommend downloading it and then editing it in the desktop app, not the web app** 

  1. We will update the start date and their schedule based on their training schedule and when they start their regular shift after that. Training with the tech trainer is 1 day. *If they work a day shift, and training is at night, they do not go in the next day. They will start the day after that.* 

  1. After their schedule is updated, print the schedule double sided  

  1. Write the employees name at the top of page 2, we will make a copy of it after they sign it for their file we keep on-site. 

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

  1. IF they are taking a Rework position, they will train in solutions. 

  1. Materials – All forklift positions regardless of shift will do computer work on day 1, 2 and possibly 3 DURING THE DAY. Check with Dena on whether she wants them to come in during their regular scheduled shift for Compliance or if she wants them to come in on an 830am-5pm schedule. We will walk them back if we do that schedule. 

  1. E-Beam: Does not have a tech trainer or training. They will report to front lobby to be picked up by supervisor on confirmed date. (Confirm with supervisor) 

  1. Rectification: No Tech training or trainer. Will report to front lobby to be picked up by supervisor on confirmed date. (Confirm with supervisor) 

  1. FreeFlex: Will attend Tech training in Solutions with Margarita and Cassie then report for regular schedule. 

 

Once everything is set, add employees to the tech trainer spreadsheets and email the trainers (include supervisors) the lists of employees attending training. 

Include picture of the employees for all departments except Solutions.
